The Peel is currently looking for volunteers for our Finsbury Families project.

The aim of Finsbury Families is to support and provide a listening ear for young people who are facing various challenges in their lives.  We are recruiting mentors to provide weekly 1:1 sessions for children who are at risk of falling behind.

Mentors will provide:

Active listening, reflection, problem solving and sign posting if applicable, working closely with the school so as not to duplicate but enhance work already being done.

We will provide a full induction to all mentors as well as ongoing support.

The Peel is currently recruting new trustees to join our board.

We particuarly welcome applications from anyone with experience and connections in either  developing new programmes for community organisations, marketing and communications or fundraising.
